Terms of Service

By accessing or using Roadigo (the "Service"), operated by Asteryn LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Roadigo is an AI-powered road trip planning platform. Users can generate day-by-day driving itineraries, discover stops along their route, collaborate with travel companions, and export or share their plans. The Service is available at roadigo.app.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may sign in using third-party providers (e.g. Google, Apple). By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Roadigo offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plan: Limited AI generations per month and a cap on saved plans.
• Pro plan:Unlimited AI generations, unlimited saved plans, cloud sync across devices, export & share, and priority support.

Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Roadigo uses artificial intelligence to generate itineraries and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for verifying details (road conditions, business hours, safety) before traveling.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (other than user-generated content), is owned by Asteryn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the trip plans and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Road trip planning involves inherent risks. Roadigo is a planning tool, not a navigation or safety system. Always exercise your own judgment while driving.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asteryn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Asteryn LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an update on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
