Refund & Cancellation Policy

Planning trips with Roadigo is free. We sell two things, both as one-time payments through Stripe:

• Route packs (in-car version, usually $9.99): a ready-made road trip added to your account.
• Custom routes (usually $29): a route we build for your destination and dates.

The price is always shown before you pay. Neither is a subscription, so nothing renews.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

• Before we deliver your route: full refund at any time.
• After delivery: full refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Roadigo Pro is not open yet, so there are no subscription charges. If we open it, this page will list its cancellation terms before anyone is charged: you will be able to cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next renewal while you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Reply to your purchase confirmation email, or write to hello@roadigo.ai from the email you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
